I joined a guided meditation session with Dr. Brito and it was great. This was my first time meditating and she was so lovely. The session was very well guided, peaceful and calming. She does a great job. Highly recommended.

I recently participated in 4 weekly sessions of meditation via Zoom with Dr. Brito. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable; she guided the meditation with ease and her voice was soothing. Personally, I was able to fully focus and relax. Loved it!
